Last Thursday, Seconde students at LFIB took part in an immersive experience within an ecosystem that is both exceptional and fragile: the mangroves.<\/span><\/p>

Accompanied by Mr Le Serre, Mrs Chatsrisamrit and Mr Gibert, the students began their exploration at the Sirindhorn International Environmental Park, where they observed remarkable biodiversity and gained a deeper understanding of the vital role mangroves play. They also took part in the release of young fish, for which this natural environment serves as a true nursery. <\/span><\/p>

The discovery continued at the Khlong Khon Mangrove Forest Conservation Center in Samut Songkhram. Actively engaged in environmental action, the students contributed to mangrove restoration by planting mangrove trees (\u201cKong Kang\u201d in Thai), directly linked to the Sustainable Development Goals. <\/span><\/p>

Back at school, the project will continue through group research work, with the students presenting their findings in an upcoming exhibition at LFIB.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
