🎉 Loy Krathong 2025 at LFIB ✨
This Wednesday, November 5, our students celebrated the magnificent festival of Loy Krathong, a symbol of gratitude and renewal, by making their own krathongs! 🪔🌸
🌿 Kindergarten: The little ones created charming krathongs from vegetables and banana trunks.
🍃 Elementary: The bigger kids used banana trunks and leaves to fashion their floating works.
♻️ Secondary: Students took up the challenge of making krathongs from recycled materials, giving them a second life. Their creations are on display in the Marsi Hall, as part of a digital and ecological exhibition dedicated to Loy Krathong!
Each krathong has been carefully decorated with flowers, candles and incense sticks – ready to light up the water tonight at the festival. 🌺🕯️🌊
🙏 A huge thank you to the Thai teachers and parent volunteers for organizing these creative workshops, which allowed our students to delve deep into Thai traditions and culture. 🎨💖
🎥 Stay tuned! A video capsule of this beautiful day will be shared soon to relive the festive Loy Krathong atmosphere at LFIB! 🌊✨
